History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Gomory has worked very hard to control his curse. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gomory fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Alex was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Human Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Theobald was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Theobald's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
