Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Through the years after Norman was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Norman's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Norman and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Brewer. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 12 years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Brewer responsibilities is difficult; and expand his business

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and human compassion

Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Geoffrey was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He found a children's book about a Human Expert who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sai.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

History: Gifted from a young age, Gunter studied abroad. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
