Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Spice Merchant. He struck the Spice Merchant job and began his own company from there.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Charles was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Herbalist. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.
