He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born in a small forest village. At a young age his father died while driving off some illithids. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in greataxe use. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bernard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

History: Henry was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Henry never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

History: He got into the Spice Merchant business at a young age. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Spice Merchant.
