History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he feels kind of lost in life

Sporting a auburn mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Mayor born in the past three hundred years. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He was born in a small mountains village. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Mayor for the past few years.

History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
