Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Map Maker arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Adam hails from a village terrorized by orcs. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Ralf's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is a great chef.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Personality: Gerald is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Healer profession.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. He worked as a nervous Armorer and found it very stressful. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Armorer for the past few years.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and wants to open a new tavern
