Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes drow are coming to abduct people. Robert enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

History: He comes from a rich northern family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Gerard is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Navigator they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Barber, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he feels kind of lost in life

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and to clean up the streets
