Description: This southern man is abnormally tall. He wears baggy black pantaloons and a white scarf. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His brown hair is singed and shortened. His eyes are gray and catlike.
Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Trey was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Trey's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and doesn't want to be a glassblower and was forced into it by his family

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He is dressed in earthy colors with a black and grey handkerchief worn on his right side. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy silver hair. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.
Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He invites people to come help in his community garden.
History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. He found a children's book about a Human Monk who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: To clean up the streets; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears a robe, a symbol of death around his neck, and a axe on his belt. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy red hair. His eyes are likewise green. His teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Hubert alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hubert fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing blue cape and mantle trimmed with soft brown waves gently in the breeze. His brown hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His violet eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Courier profession.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Cook arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. One day when Conrad was young, his mother was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly his mother dropped to the ground dead. His mother had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Conrad was heart-stricken from the event, and his father started working long hours to provde for them. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Cook for hire.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty red coat over it. He wears his black hair down. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ralf grew up listening to his mother's many stories. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Assassin they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Shepherd, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break.
