Description: This slender man stands about 5'10". He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His red hair and beard is wavy and long. His eyes are gray and catlike.
Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He has a crush on the local Mercenary; and wants a kiss

Description: He is in excellent shape and wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His hair is blonde and very short. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: This man loves poetry and to teach people poetry more than just about anything. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Servant work with an outfit from a few towns over. Servant work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He tends to his Servant job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: To settle down with his crush; and doesn't want to be a servant and was forced into it by his family

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. He wears a small hat to hide his balding. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his gray eyes.
Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: Thomas was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: This slender man stands about 5'9". He is dressed in an above average manner. His auburn hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He found a children's book about a Human Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he's looking for his big break
