Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. Bertram is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Bertram was born on a far eastern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Farmer. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
