History: Gifted from a young age, Manfred studied abroad. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Shane alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and to prove his worth to the world

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: He has a missing right arm. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. He has styled his chestnut hair well, parting it to the right. His brown eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing music.

History: Dustin lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he prefers to wear white pants and tee shirts. His blonde hair is smooth and relatively long. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He was born in a small desert village. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bernard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
