History: Born to a Spice Merchant, his father struggled to pay the bills. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Peter was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: Cory was born the youngest of three triplets. He dropped out of school to support his sick mother, and resented it. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
