Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He is dressed in a clean grey cloak covering his clean studded leather. He has shaved his head bald. His eyes are green.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. A true patriot, Randal would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Randal alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and revenge

Description: This exceptionally lanky man tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His brown hair is cut short. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Recently the stress of being a Layabout has made it difficult for him to sleep.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and balancing his hectic life and new layabout responsibilities is difficult

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He wears a Stetson hat to cover his moderate length auburn hair. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are violet.
Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.
History: Roland was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Hunter. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Gilbert was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently the stress of being a Hunter has made it difficult for him to sleep.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears bulky green painted plate armor. He wears his chestnut hair down. His eyes are blue and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Nicholas's homeland. Nicholas decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear.
