History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Through the years after Roland was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Roland's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he very much looks the part of a Cartwright. His silver hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His eyes are amber and beady.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Balimaar was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Cartwright work with an outfit from a few towns over. Cartwright work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He tends to his Cartwright job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing his hectic life and new cartwright responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He has a long red beard with little hanging trinkets. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gray.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Through the years after Gomory was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Gomory's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

His golden hair is heavily combed to the left. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He hates giants. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He got into the Laborer business at a young age. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Laborer.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Laborer responsibilities is difficult; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it
