Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking southern young adult. He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a violet coat. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. He has styled his white hair well, parting it to the right. His fierce brown eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Manfred alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears skinny pants and wears a blue and black robe with the hood down. His white hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He is baby faced.
Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. The war was a terrible time for him, and Charles does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Charles was born on a far eastern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Mason. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears a fancy blue suit. His auburn hair has been sun bleached extensively. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his gray eyes.
Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Mason they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Farmer, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Farmer and was forced into it by his family.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: This man likes to wear ponchos typically of a light black in addition to tight pants. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized opal on his right hand. His golden hair is braided into rings. His eyes are a pleasant green.
Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. The war was a terrible time for him, and Heward does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. After a long history of fighting, Heward and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
