History: Reynard was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Wizard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Wizard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature halberd.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Chad was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered dire rats who tried to eat his hand. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it
