Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Fortune-teller business.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: This malnourished man wears a green tunic with grey highlights, and long brown pants that bunch up around his shoes. His silver hair is unkempt and raggedy. He has hazel eyes and a green hat with a grey feather.
Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Merchant who has hired him part-time. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Laborer arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He now owns his own business.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and to be a mercenary again

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. His blonde hair is thinning but still full. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: The child of a Stableman, who enjoyed hunting, Norman was taken on many hunting expeditions. Norman liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He's also a talented Stableman, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: A deep hatred of giants; and he wants revenge against giants

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing music.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. After coming to the age of reason, Gerald took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north.
