History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Bernard grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was born in the east. Don was born on a far eastern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Engraver. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Bertram was born the youngest of three triplets. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bertram fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
