Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Ruler who has hired him part-time. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and wants his loneliness to end

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, he wears white robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a nunchaku, but if one is not available he will default to his monstrous two handed axe. His hair is long and black with streaks of golden, and is pulled back with small white clips. His beard is golden, braided, and well cared for. He has a dull look in his blue eyes.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He became a Shepherd soon after.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and to unite with his sister
