History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Peter lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Sailor profession.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Sailor they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Junk Dealer, and he later adopted a second daughter.
