History: Born in the east to a Dyer, Jocelyn learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Miles never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
