History: Theobald lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Ploughman work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ploughman work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Ploughman for hire.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He became a Shoemaker soon after.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Gunter will drive conversation. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Gunter was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Navigator hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and a strong sense of loyalty to human people

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting gnolls, the young Theodoric began to lead the lost caravan. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
