History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gifted student he started as a Weaver, but he got bored and became a Detective. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Detective for the past few years.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Jocelyn hails from a village terrorized by giants. Through the years after Jocelyn was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Jocelyn's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
