History: Born in the east to a Laborer, Bertram learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Laborer. After a long history of fighting, Bertram and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He takes great joy in being the best Barrister in town.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Don grew up listening to his father's many stories. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Barrister.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Miller arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Chad was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the orcs.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He became a Cook soon after.
