History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. He has shaved his head bald. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was born in the south. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and he would like to get married and retire

Description: He is an average looking eastern male in his early mid-life. He has the majority of his body covered in plate. He sports a flattop hair cut. His green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Arnold is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers.

Description: He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look, and he perpetually has his shield ready. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy auburn hair. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. At a young age his mother died while driving off some brigands. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in shield use. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Simon was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the brigands.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears baggy tan pantaloons and a pastel scarf. His long white hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Alexandre has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
