Norman Marston, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He keeps his auburn hair in a flapper bob. His brown unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Norman is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Richard Deighton, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: This light-skinned male wears a brown coat over a black low-cut shirt, and a broad hat upon his head. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. He has no hair. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gray.
Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Richard took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up whip and armor he uses now. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Heward Kent, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He is scrawny and has patchy white stubble. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He has a hunchback. He has dyed his greying white hair a little too much giving a sharp white color. His amber eyes peer out from beneath his feathered grey hat.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, drow burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying west to reunite his family. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and revenge
