Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: Hugh hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
