Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Gifted from a young age, Charles studied abroad. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Spice Merchant father left him crippled. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
