History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Crown-heir father left him crippled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: An older man who wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with deerstalker hat, he is not a threatening figure. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy red hair. His eyes are a pleasant blue.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Theodoric embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. Theodoric enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and to be a guard again

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He is dressed in earthy colors with a grey and white handkerchief worn on his right side. His red hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady green eyes.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: Chad was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. Chad liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it; and balancing his hectic life and new banker responsibilities is difficult
