History: He got into the Unemployed business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Unemployed. He struck the Unemployed job and began his own company from there.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. His long brown hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He has gleaming, smiling blue eyes.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. A true patriot, Shane would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. When Shane reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He takes great joy in being the best Spice Merchant in town.

History: He got into the Spice Merchant business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Spice Merchant work with an outfit from a few towns over. Spice Merchant work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Spice Merchant for hire.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the east. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he wants revenge against dire rats
