Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Theobald was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Theobald was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Fortune-teller. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.
