History: Born in the north to a Ruler, Hubert learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Ruler. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Ruler for the past few years.

His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep brown.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. Norman is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He takes great joy in being the best Miner in town.

History: Gerald was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Miner for hire.

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: William lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Laborer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Bather, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and nothing but the best is good enough for him
