Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and an old rival family wants him found

History: Born to a Servant, his father struggled to pay the bills. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Ploughman work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ploughman work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Darrow was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His childhood dream was to be a Seamstress, but he was a colossal failure. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
