Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Through the years after Zephan was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Zephan's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He was born in the east. His parents enrolled him in a Cleric school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. He has dyed his greying silver crest a little too much giving a sharp silver color. His eyes are gold and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Dragonborns.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Dragonborn compassion; and a strong sense of loyalty to dragonborn people
