History: Gifted from a young age, Quarion studied abroad. Through the years after Quarion was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Quarion's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was granted druidic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Gnomish artifacts is his passion; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
