Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Sweet was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Sweet fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: He got into the Roofer business at a young age. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes
