Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He wears a red vest and prefers brown and black shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His hair is long and red with streaks of white, and is pulled back with small red clips. His beard is white, braided, and well cared for. His eyes are a pleasant amber.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing dancing.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When Tomi reached his early adolescence his Halfling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dragonborn activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dragonborn doctor.
