History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dragonborn companion (his 'brother'). History: He was born in a small forest village. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Bertram alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He bought a ceremonial dagger and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He wants revenge against orcs; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Hubert grew up listening to his father's many stories. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right.
