History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Tethren grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Tethren. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Painter they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Fortune-teller, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Altho was born with his father's beautiful face. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Born in the north to a Gardener, Faran learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Gardener. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: To be a Tailor again; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and to protect his home
