Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Art grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food.
