History: He was born in a small mountains village. A gifted student he started as a Server, but he got bored and became a Spice Merchant. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Spice Merchant for the past few years.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Roland fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: The child of a Miller, who enjoyed hunting, Lucan was taken on many hunting expeditions. He worked as a nervous Bowyer and found it very stressful. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bowyer.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the west were limited. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
