History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Hupe grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He found a children's book about a Halfling Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Tarhun was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
