History: Andram lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Blacksmith. He tends to his Blacksmith job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
