Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Valorean alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

History: He was born in the north. At a young age his mother died while driving off some illithids. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in sickle use. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Leucis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He got into the Miner business at a young age. His first spouse was a Servant, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Miner.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Courier but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Xappan lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.
