History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Howard's homeland. Howard decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Howard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Hobart hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Being a Adventurer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and regain custody of his son

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Ernest isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Through the years after Ernest was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Ernest's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
