Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Layabout business.

History: He was born in the north. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Description: He wears grey painted combat armor at almost all times, and carries spears. He wears a top hat to hide his balding. His gold eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bidreked fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

He prefers to carry a kukri, but if one is not available he will default to his nunchaku. He has a long auburn beard with little hanging trinkets. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines violet.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Dean was born on a far eastern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Guard. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Description: This northern man prefers to wear flannel. His clothes are grease stained in places. His silver hair is braided into rings. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, gnolls burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying north to reunite his family. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it
