History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Ruler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ruler work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has worked as a Ruler like his father before him.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: He was born in a small plains village. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fortune-teller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He bought a whip and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.
