History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Dwarves in Adrik's homeland. Adrik decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Through the years after Ildrex was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Personality: Veit is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
