Description: 6'6" and muscular, this western man tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His crest is cut close to his head. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 8 years.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Pelaios grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Pelaios. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
