History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Tabaxis in Elegant's homeland. Elegant decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Merchant for hire.
